Tad Pospisil kicks off 2026 with Tri-State Series triumph at Off Road Speedway
Finally kicking off his 2026 race season in the first weekend of May, Tad Pospisil joined the Tri-State Series at Park Jefferson (S.D.) International Speedway on Friday evening and Off Road Speedway (Norfolk, Neb.) on Saturday night.
Pospisil recorded a DNF on opening night and found much better luck the following event. Charging from fifth-to-first in his heat race, Tad started on the pole of the 35-lap feature event and led all but three circuits to take home the $3,000 payday over Justin Zeitner and Jacob Hobscheidt.
Tad then made the trip over to Stuart (Iowa) Speedway for the Malvern Bank West Series opener on Sunday night. Starting seventh in the $3,000-to-win show, Pospisil made up four spots to round out the podium in third.
