Pospisil takes point lead with Malvern Bank West Series after win at Thayer County

With a Friday night only weekend on tap, Tad Pospisil rolled into Thayer County Speedway (Deshler, Neb.) for a $3,000-to-win Malvern Bank West Series show.

Laying down the second-quickest lap in his group, Pospisil stormed from fifth-to-first in his heat race to earn a second-row starting position in the 30-lap main event. Tad took the lead on lap 2 and led the rest of the way to pick up his second win in a row with the tour. He took home a $3,000 paycheck while Dylan Thornton and Kyle Berck completed the podium.

Pospisil now leads the West Series point standings.
