Tad Pospisil shows speed during Lucas Oil weekend at Eagle Raceway

Tad Pospisil pulled into Eagle (Neb.) Raceway on Thursday afternoon as he joined the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series for the High Bank Heist.

With a talented 37-car field on hand, Pospisil missed Thursday's opener but picked up the pace on Friday evening as he set quicktime and scored a heat race victory. Tad sat on the pole for the 40-lap, $10,000-to-win feature and battled with the leaders for the first half of the race. Pospisil ran inside the Top-10 until he brought out a late caution and settled for a 16th-place finish.

With $50,000 on the line Saturday night, Tad made the finale with the final transfer spot in his heat race and he recorded an 18th-place outing in the 75-lapper.
